Please arrive 15-20 early prior to your scheduled Mass to get checked in and situated.

The Eucharistic Minister that distributes the Host has the responsibility for checking everyone off the list as they arrive and to find last minute replacements as needed.

We ask that you find your own replacement prior to the day of your scheduled Mass, we understand that there will last minute cancellations. Once you have your replacement, mark out your name and write in the person who will replace you for that Mass.

Wear appropriate dress attire for your ministry.
